What to study
The base is a dollhouse you manage, not a menu you leave: the tab bar names the five departments, the hologram globe is the Situation Room itself, and the bottom bar never lets you forget the clock (6:45 PM, 13 June 2015) or the next thing due (Light Plasma Rifle in 5 days). Credits and monthly income sit in the same corner as every department tab, so the whole economy is one glance away from any decision. Frame at about 4:54 in the XCOM EU The Story Trailer (Steam).
