How Comfort works
Your base scores 1 Comfort from its Flame Altar. After that, Comfort counts by category: beds, chairs, tables, lights, and 11 more. In each category, only your single best piece counts. A second bed adds nothing, so one great item per category beats a room full of spares.
Each Comfort level adds one minute to the Rested buff. Rested is the bonus stamina and stamina regeneration you pick up at home, and it only kicks in when you are sheltered, warm, and away from threats, and you sit down or sleep. A fireplace or brazier covers the warmth. The Well Rested skill adds two minutes per level, up to six, playing a musical instrument adds two minutes more, and some armor adds a few seconds on top.
About this data
Comfort values are transcribed from the Enshrouded Wiki's Comfort page and item pages (checked 2026-10-17). The Comfort page's maximum table was re-tested in the live game (version 1.0.0.2) and puts the highest possible level at 112; the numbers here reproduce that total exactly. Where the wiki's own pages disagree on an item, the planner follows the tested Comfort page first and tags the item "wiki pages disagree". Eight gold trophies are left out on purpose: their item pages leave the value blank and the wiki's other list contradicts itself, so there is no honest number to show.
