What to study

Selecting a building opens a single detail card that mixes identity, economy and staffing: the Tax Office card states what the building does (collect taxes), its build state (Ready To Build), its staffing slot (Tax Collector, with an Assign available villager tooltip on hover) and a passive bonus (Light Fortification) in one panel. The selected tower is outlined in white in the world behind the card, so the card never loses its referent. Frame at about 1:05 in the Release Date and Demo Trailer (Steam).
