What to study

Room building as shopping: the ITEMS catalog turns furnishing into a priced grid where every tile carries its cost, and the room checklist at top turns the build into a small quest (size, door, bar, tables, all ticked). The blueprint grid underneath keeps the spatial work visible while the catalog stays open, and the objectives panel at right ties this one room to the campus goal (build the Union, hire an assistant).
