What to study
Recruitment is a full-screen shop with a master-detail layout: the priced roster on the left, the selected unit's sprite, movement, capture ability and crit condition in the middle, and Effective/Vulnerable matchup icons along the bottom, so a new player can compare cost, role and counters without leaving the screen. Unaffordable units switch their prices to red, which teaches the gold economy at a glance. Frame at about 0:10 in the Gameplay Trailer - Release (Steam).
