What to study
The same view cone, stretched into a different problem. In the open yard the cone was a fan; down this camp path it becomes a corridor, one guard's sight poured along the only route in, striped wherever the fence line breaks it, ending at the tent door where the two gold-ringed figures stand. The frame also shows the game's only real icons: two gold circles with a sword glyph, floating over a guard and a doorway. Even they are placed in the world rather than on a bar. Shadow Tactics' interface is a discipline as much as a design, every fact the player needs is somewhere in the scene, and the scene is never covered up to tell them. Frame at about 2:15 in the Gameplay Trailer 2 (Steam; manual extraction, the camp shot is a single held take the scene-change pass did not split).

Screen inventory
- the snow camp's view cone is a long purple corridor rather than a fan: it runs from the camp gate at bottom centre up the path to the main tent's entrance, striped along its whole length where fences and crates interrupt it
- two gold circular icons float in the world, the larger, over a guard by the barrels at upper left, carries a sword glyph; the smaller hangs over the tent doorway where two figures in green and pink stand, targets and objectives are marked in the scene, not on a HUD
- a thin pale line is drawn across the yard from the burst of smoke at upper left toward the cooking fire at centre, a traced line left lying on the terrain
- the two figures at the doorway wear the game's highlight colours, green and pink-red, and carry them without selection boxes or outlines
- falling snow softens every roof and path in the camp, yet the purple corridor stays the most saturated object in the frame
