What to study
The Zoopedia, published as furniture. Planet Zoo's education boards are information panels the player places beside a habitat, and the trailer stops on a family reading two of them. Each board is a small structured record wearing a photo: the left one is fully legible, two reticulated giraffes over a black band headed with the Latin name, 'Giraffa camelopardalis reticulata', and beneath it a single data row that compresses the species entry into icons, two small habitat squares, a dotted conservation scale with the current status picked out in yellow, a world map with the range, Africa, highlighted in pink, and a big white 4, the board's education rating, beside a green icon. The right board repeats the pattern for an antelope, its headline ending in '...ialis' where the central guest's head covers the rest. Nothing here is a menu: the encyclopedia has been typeset onto a sign and put in the world, where its readers are the guests whose education the rating measures, and the habitat it describes, pool, rocks and one live giraffe, sits directly behind the glass. Frame at about 1:46 in the Planet_Zoo_Launch_Trailer (Steam), pipeline candidate candidates/v0_0049.png at 106.3s, copied unchanged (MD5 matches the candidate). The frame carries the trailer's small 'IN-GAME FOOTAGE' caption at bottom centre, disclosed here; it is the publisher's burn-in, not game UI.

- the left board's data row: two small habitat icons (a green square and an orange square), a dotted conservation-status scale with one dot picked out in yellow, a world map with Africa highlighted in pink, a green square icon with a white symbol, and a large white numeral '4'
- the right education board, partly hidden behind the central guest: an antelope photo, a headline ending in '...ialis', the same dotted scale, world map with pink Africa, green icon and white '4'
- a blue circular sign with a white paw-print symbol on the post between the two boards
- five guests seen from behind on a wooden deck, one adult and four children, reading the boards; the giraffe habitat pool and a live giraffe behind them
