What to study
Squad building is a two-sided comparison: the team you have on the left, the bench on the right, and every candidate sold in one row of portrait, class, and backstory. Big Bert punched out a long-horn, Cherry Bomb likes explosions, Cold-Eye is making amends one dead raider at a time, and each bio doubles as a class pitch, so the plus button is pressed on character, not stats. The empty fourth slot with its Create Custom Ranger prompt keeps the custom path visible beside the pre-mades instead of behind a separate mode. Frame at about 4.4 s in the Wasteland 2 trailer (Steam).
