What to study

Character creation asks who this person is before it asks what they can do: name, age, religion, smoking, ethnicity, and an open biography box sit beside the portrait and the 3D model, and the appearance selectors run from Hair down to Sky, as if the whole scene around the character were part of the character. The Gender note is unusually honest for a creation screen, it says outright that gender changes no attributes or skills, only how some people react, so the choice is framed as role-play, not build.
