What to study
The bounty board presents each target as a dossier card: a sepia portrait panel above a labeled data strip, here reading TARGET: Hannibal Eutropio beside a CLASSIFICATION NO field, with a second card sliding in at the left edge. The frame catches the board mid pan, so the left card is cropped and the bottom of the data strip runs off frame, but the dossier grammar (portrait plus record fields) is fully legible. Frame at about 155.9s in the Shattered Space trailer (Steam).
