What to study
Province management stacks three systems on one screen: the tier ladders up top (what the province can become), the settlement cards below (what each town currently holds, with empty slots as + buttons), and the workforce and taxation panels at the sides (what it costs to run). The empty slots are the most instructive element: growth is shown as literal blank squares waiting to be filled, so the province's future is visible as absence. Frame at about 7:48 in the Ramesses gameplay video (Steam). Trailer burn-in: '[PH]' placeholder tags appear on the WORKFORCE and PROVINCE EFFECTS labels from the pre-release build.
