What to study
Morusque's introduction shows how Stray uses its one dialogue panel for quest design: the whole fetch quest is two lines of self-introduction, and the ITEMS tab above the box is the only hint that this chat is also a transaction. The panel's transparency does the scene-setting work the text doesn't: the posters, the guitar, the striped sacks and the shutter all stay visible, so the musician's poverty and the city's texture are in the same frame as his request. Frame at 4:08 in the STRAY | Gameplay Walkthrough (Steam). No flaws in frame: full-bleed, settled text, ITEMS tab and END prompt legible.

Screen inventory
- the projected dialogue panel with the white Morusque header and the orange ITEMS tab above it, the same trade-entry marker as the Teddy conversation
- two settled lines: 'Hello, I'm a musician but I don't have any songs.' — the quest hook (find him sheet music) delivered as a plain introduction
- Morusque sits cross-legged with his guitar against a shutter covered in torn posters and robot-glyph flyers, two striped sacks beside him; the cat and B-12 face him from the foreground
- bottom-right END prompt (circle) and a triangle interaction prompt over the cat: the conversation is open-ended, entered and left at will
