What to study

The mask row as a damage report: three white masks remain and two sit dark red and empty, so the player reads exactly how much of the run is left without any number or bar. The silk spool below is full, which sets up the game's central tension in one corner: silk is ready to spend, health is not. Against the near black cavern the white masks are the brightest thing on screen, a deliberate legibility choice that keeps the health state readable even in the darkest rooms. Frame at about 83.3s in the Reveal Trailer (Steam).
