What to study
Resonance's battle screen makes turn order the header of the whole interface: a single rail of portrait diamonds across the top shows who acts, in what order, across two turns, with the current actor pulled large at its head, the timeline the PlayStation Blog described, drawn as jewellery rather than a spreadsheet. Everything else defers to it: the skill name floats on a banner, enemy state is a stack of counted icons over one bar and one word (STAGGERED), and the four party cards at bottom-right stay numeric and plain. The HD-2D tension is in the field itself, flat pixel sprites, a painterly 3D landscape, and a Vision rendered as a translucent giantess behind the party. Frame at about 0:38 in the EN PEGI Launch trailer video (Steam), a pipeline scene-change survivor (candidates/v0_0024.png at 37.6s).

Screen inventory
- top: the timeline as a rail of portrait diamonds running left to right across two turns, the acting character enlarged at the head, allies and the flame esper queued behind, enemy icons slotted into the same order further right, so the whole turn structure is one line
- centre: the acting skill named on a translucent banner, Rising Flames, while the field stays fully visible beneath it
- the enemy at left carries its state as stacked icons with counts (2, 2) above a pink HP bar and the word STAGGERED; the same icon stacks float over each ally
- bottom-right: four party cards, Rain, Lasswell, Fina, Lid, name, HP and MP as numbers over green/blue bars, a third dark gauge beneath each; a towering Vision figure (the summoned Shiva-like esper) occupies the right of the field, drawn far larger than the sprite party
