What to study

Fleet management is a roster plus a ledger: the left panel totals military strength and lists all seven fleets with ship counts, strength, and mission status, while selecting the 2nd Fleet opens a composition table by ship class (Escort, Frigate, Destroyer, Cruiser, Battleship, Carrier, Troop Transport, Fuel Tanker) with totals, and the bottom-left card carries the selected station's weapons, fuel, and energy.
