What to study
When a verb finishes, Cultist Simulator does not drop loot or open a chest: it deals the outcome as a fan of cards and waits. The Voiceless Dead sits at the front of the fan with the rite's ingredients still visible behind it, so cause and effect share one stack, you read what you summoned against what you spent. The panel's prose refuses all mechanics ('its eyes are avid, looking, looking'), and the single 'Collect All' button is the only verb left: the game trusts one click to end a ritual that took a minute of real time. The deepest detail is at the edges, the panel is modal, but the table behind it is not frozen: a card counts down 83.7s and another verb is still 'Running...'. Completion in this game is never the only thing happening. Frame at about 0:53 in PENETRATE THE HOUSE (Steam scene-change extraction, candidate v0_0003).

Screen inventory
- the completed verb panel leads with its outcome: a fan of result cards headed by 'Voiceless Dead', its skull portrait card in front and the ingredient cards still overlapping behind it, what the summoning cost peeks out from behind what it bought
- one button resolves the whole panel: 'Collect All', with the mouse cursor resting on it, finished verbs pay out onto the table in a single gesture, never card by card
- the prose column carries no numbers at all: 'A dark shape limned with winter light. It will not speak, but its eyes are avid, looking, looking.', results are narrated first and itemised second
- around the panel the table runs on without pausing: verb tiles for Time (hourglass), the summoning hand with a circled 4 badge, Study (lightbulb) and Talk (lips); cards for 'A Position at the Institute', 'Temporary Headquarters', "Morland's Shop", Health (7), 'Way: The Wood', 'Paradoxical Curio' and 'The Gemniad [Fucine]'
- bottom-right a card is itself mid-timer, its face replaced by a countdown reading '83.7s', and a second verb tile at the panel's foot is stamped 'Running...', other clocks kept ticking behind the modal
- the bottom bar names the cultist 'Ishmael' and carries the resource row and the time controls: Pause, Normal, Fast Forward, Options
