What to study

Village in the Shade runs its whole farming day through one quiet HUD: hearts and controller shortcuts stacked at top left, money, SP and a hand-drawn date-and-clock readout at top right (SUN, AM 08:00), and a two-row hotbar along the bottom whose slots mix tools with counted produce and materials. The fields themselves carry the planning information, fenced diamond plots, one bed white with harvest-ready turnips and the next in green shoots, so growth stages read at a glance with no panel opened.
