What to study

The Expedition screen is a progress ledger dressed as a timeline: the left half draws the game's own history as dated nodes joined by dotted lines, while the right half shows the current milestone as a detail card with its completion count (0/9) and its cosmetic rewards spelled out in plain words. The tab bar across the top (Discoveries, Catalogue & Guide, Log, Expedition, Options) and the currency strip underneath it keep the whole pause menu one tap away, and the bottom stats (distance travelled, systems mapped) tie the expedition back to the player's own journey. Frame at about 117.8s in the COSMOS Deep Dive (Steam). No trailer burn-in or caption on this frame.
