What to study

The entire game is a borrowed police desktop, and this frame shows it before anything is found: you are logged in as AUTH_GUEST (the credential in green, the only saturated accent in the header), the instruction is a single plain sentence, 'Enter query to access archived footage', and the work is one field, Search Term(s), here holding the word MURDER. Everything else is period desktop furniture doing world-building for free: a teal desktop with Log Off, Readme.txt, a shouting REALLY_Readme!!!.txt and a Rubbish Bin down the left edge, a beach-photo analogue Clock window overlapping the database's corner, and a second Readme window at the foot already open on 'INTRODUCTION TO THE LOGIC DATABASE'. The two big black panes, results above, 'Clips stored in user session' below, are empty and the count reads '0 entries found', so the screen's tension is purely typographic: one typed word against an archive that has not answered yet. Frame at about 0:35 in the Release Trailer (Steam), manually extracted at 35.0s: the scene-change pass caught no database frame (its only candidate, candidates/v0_0001.png at 43.9s, is a dark FMV reflection with no UI).
