What to study

No Man's Sky puts its ship HUD inside the cockpit itself: each console screen is a diegetic panel with its own job, from the left panel's planet readout and radar to the center panel's hailing-channel message and the right panels' shield meter and weapon name, so the player reads the ship's state by looking around the cabin rather than at an overlay. The dialogue bar along the bottom keeps the developer narration legible without covering the panels, with the speaker's name in its own tag above the line. Frame at about 124.1s in the COSMOS Deep Dive (Steam). No trailer burn-in or caption on this frame.
