What to study
Content moderation is the game's verb, and this frame shows its grammar: laws are chosen from pictograms, but the pictogram expands into a written definition before anything is reported, so the player judges text against text. L02's wording does quiet worldbuilding, 'active in or outside of Hypnospace' extends the fiction's jurisdiction past the screen, and its placement as a banner over a 1st-grade story page makes the mismatch between the law's gravity and the content's innocence the joke and the critique at once. Paired with the QuickCHECK verdict frame, it documents both halves of the reporting interaction. Frame at about 0:33 in the New Launch Trailer (Steam; the trailer camera is zoomed into the Explorer window, so the band's final word runs to the frame edge).

Screen inventory
- a purple definition band spans the page: 'L02: Harassment, Defamation, bullying, or excessively negative rhetoric targeting individuals active in or outside of Hypnospace.', selecting a law tile opens its full legal text as an overlay, in plain language a player can actually apply
- the SELECT LAW rail beneath it is four visible pictogram tiles, a mugging, a man shouting hearts at a cowering figure (the harassment tile, matching L02), weapons, a masked skeleton figure, each law is a small cartoon of the act it forbids
- above, the Explorer header is complete: HYPNOSPACE EXPLORER, 1999.11.05, 9:15P, H66, and the breadcrumb '>> GOODTIME VALLEY >> GUMSHOEGOOPERKIDS', this is a children's story page being judged
- the toolbar's gavel icon is the highlighted one: the browser has two modes, surfing and enforcing, and the chrome shows which is active
- the citizen's status post peeks from behind the band, a crying-face icon and the words '…think of her.', the human content under judgment stays half-visible while the law is read
