What to study

The same Leaders screen, one tab over, becomes a fleet roster: the Commanders tab replaces ministry slots with ship cards, each a named vessel rendered as a 3D model on a dark card, and the selected leader's card (Vicki Grimure, with portrait, flavor text and stats) sits on top of the grid to show who is being assigned where. The header line states the rule that matters: commanders are assigned to ships by drag-and-drop to spawn the ship by the homeworld, and cannot be re-assigned. Trailer caption 'DO WHAT MUST BE DONE' is fading across the bottom, partly covering the two bottom ship names (Apex, The Sickle). Frame at 1:06 in September 2023 Gameplay Trailer (Steam).
