What to study
The everyday HUD is four green readouts pinned to the frame edges and nothing else. Bottom left, an 'HP' label and one long bar whose only decoration is a short red segment at the end marking damage taken; bottom centre, a compass strip that carries the navigation load, a cardinal letter ('E' here), little building and ruin glyphs for nearby locations, and a red tick for a hostile; bottom right, the ammunition count as two stacked numerals, 025 in the magazine over 014 in reserve. The crosshair is four short green ticks that leave the centre of the screen empty. Everything is the same phosphor green, so the HUD reads as one instrument rather than four widgets, and the world, a ruined street under a faded 'LEXINGTON' arch, two power-armoured figures ahead, stays fully visible around it. Frame at about 1:54 in the Fallout 4 Launch Trailer (Steam), pipeline candidate candidates/v1_0059.png at 114.3s, copied unchanged (MD5 matches the candidate).
