What to study
The world map is a parchment diorama with a card catalog bolted on. The left panel lists LOCATIONS in two groups, SETTLEMENTS (Arrakeen, selected, with its one-line description, and Harko Village) and REGIONS (Deep Desert, Hagga Basin), each card carrying its own thumbnail and blurb, while the map itself marks Arrakeen with a purple diamond and scatters faction and resource icons across the terrain. A diamond category rail across the top (LT/RT) filters by marker type, and the footer offers Track Location (X), a Party recommended note, and B Close. Frame at 5:52 (352.4s) in the Deep Dive: Past Year Recap and September Preview (Steam).
