What to study
The management counterpart to the siege frames: the same day-11 mission, but the camera sits on what the player built rather than what is attacking it. Castle, housing rows, wheat fields, and the wall-and-tower line read as one planned layout, and the economy panel (population exactly at cap, 422/422, consumption 352 per day) shows a town balanced on the edge of its own growth. The empty selection panel at the bottom centre matters: with nothing selected, the screen is a pure overview, and the wave timer (03:02) is the only countdown, so the frame teaches the calm-before-the-wave state the combat frames never show. Manually extracted at 0:05 in the Gameplay trailer 10.2024 (Steam) from the dense filmstrip audit. Disclosure: a small in-game 0.9.28 dev build watermark is visible in the bottom-left corner; no trailer captions appear on the frame.
