What to study

The third tab of the Baleful Edict screen, and the one that makes the ship a roster: Barracks I buys +4 Capacity and +1 Recruit Rank for 4 Servitors and 12 days, because the Edict left the Kaedium campaign with a small complement of surviving Grey Knights and the ship cannot house more without breaking Codex strictures, the flavour text states the constraint the upgrade removes. The bottom strip (Barracks, Meditation Chamber, Apothecarion, Augurium) is the personnel economy, and the Augurium sits in red with an alert badge, the screen's way of flagging a facility that needs attention without leaving the tab. Frame at 0:59 in the Launch Trailer video (Steam), manually extracted at 59.0s from the dense scan: the scene-change pass caught no frame in this Personnel-tab beat. Flaws: top Servitors bar cropped, bottom strip clipped mid-icon, as the trailer frames it.
