What to study

Dungeon exploration carries exactly three instruments. Bottom-left, a circular blue minimap draws the floor you have actually walked (Tziah, 123F) with dots for points of interest and a red marker for what matters, its label set in the same slanted type as every other panel. Top-right, the calendar chip turns sickly green and reads Dark Hour instead of a time of day, with a LIMIT 24 counter and moon-phase icon tracking the night. Down the right edge, the party rides as three small portrait chips with thin HP/SP bars, the same chips the battle screen enlarges, so exploration and combat share one party language. Everything else is the dungeon itself, washed in the Dark Hour's green, with a defeated Shadow still smoking on the tiles ahead. Frame at about 0:36 in the Announcement Trailer 1 (ESRB) (Steam).
