What to study
Battle feedback is typographic before it is numeric: a critical hit fills the centre of the screen with the word CRITICAL! in oversized slanted cyan type, the damage figure (68) tucked under it, and the struck Shadow's HP bar in a thin red frame below that, so the result reads word, number, consequence in one glance. The party's state never competes with the spectacle: four portrait chips stack down the right edge, each a face over cyan and yellow HP/SP bars with the raw numbers beside them (420/275, 301/270, 332/284, 383/224), and a green arrow on the lowest chip marks whose turn is coming. Where Persona 5 Royal lays its chips along the bottom in red and black, Reload's rail is vertical, blue and watery, the same chips used smaller during Tartarus exploration. Frame at about 0:48 in the Launch Trailer (Steam), manually extracted at 48.0s: the scene-change pass caught this attack only in neighbouring frames (candidates/v0_0039.png, v0_0041.png).
