What to study
The Kingdoms mode map turns the campaign clock into the headline: a Day 15 pennant on the left, an Inns lost: 2/5 counter on the right, and a full rail of twelve hero portraits across the top, so the player reads time pressure, losses and roster state before looking at the map itself. The map below stays painterly and dark, with diamond nodes for inns and red skull icons marking threatened sites, and the chevron strip at the bottom keeps map, inn and stagecoach screens one tap apart. No trailer burn-in or caption overlays the frame. Frame at about 24s in the Kingdoms Launch Trailer (Steam).
