What to study

The cinema minigame turns staying awake into a rhythm game. A SHOW TIME progress bar with an alarm-clock icon runs across the top, a ten-segment sleepiness meter with a smiley face sits beneath it, and sheep-masked hecklers in the seats throw directional and button prompts (arrows, X, A, Z rings) at the player. SCORE 6700 rides a filmstrip along the bottom right, and the film being endured, Office Alone, gets its poster and title bottom left. The prompts are diegetic in the most literal sense: the hecklers hold them up. Frame at 0:43 in Yazawa_IchiQuest_Steam_US (Steam).
