What to study

The series' satire at its most mechanical: election fraud is not a hidden exploit but a priced menu item, with the exchange rate printed before you click - 44 citizens' votes for 51%, paid for in approval and faction standing. The dotted-leader vote table gives you the bad news like an accountant, and the game-over warning sits one line above the crime, so the temptation is fully informed. Few strategy games put their moral choices in writing this clearly.
