What to study
The game's only true menu, and it refuses to look like one: a magenta DOS-era file system, copyright 1982-2014, where saving is a file operation and quitting is LOG OUT. The selection is a single underscore cursor, and the dimmed items do the hierarchy — the bright line is where you are, the grey lines are where you could be. It is the one screen in the trailers that is pure system, no fiction on top of it. Manual ffmpeg extract at 15.7s in the Gameplay Trailer (Steam); the scene-change pass missed this shot. No trailer burn-in or caption on this frame.
