What to study
Photography is a core mechanic here, and its HUD is almost nothing: a focus frame, a vignette, and a three-step zoom readout (35/50/75) driven by RB/LB. The restraint is the lesson: by stripping every standard HUD element, the game makes the act of framing the puzzle, and the zoom steps double as a difficulty dial for photographing distant carvings. Frame captured at 1:07 in the Steam Launch Trailer.

Screen inventory
- first-person camera viewfinder: a rounded viewfinder frame over a dark jungle relief wall, with a heavy vignette outside the frame
- centre focus brackets (four corner marks) framing a carved panel of figures and glyphs
- right-edge vertical zoom control: RB + at top, then 75, 50 (selected, marked), 35, then LB - at bottom
- small circular icon at top right of the viewfinder area
- no health bar, minimap or objective text: the whole HUD is the camera tool
