What to study
The set-menu screen splits the decision into appetite and arithmetic: the finished plate is rendered as one desirable object with a single Tastiness total, and underneath it the three course slots expose the machinery, levels, per-slot bonuses (+5%, +10%) and a Candidates count on each row that doubles as the button and the size of the decision. Nothing is hidden behind a detail view; the combo system is fully legible from the summary screen. The trailer frame crops the panel edges slightly as it pans. Frame at about 0:54 in the Announcement Trailer video (YouTube), a pipeline scene-change survivor (candidates/v0_0010.png at 53.8s).

Screen inventory
- the composed plate is drawn at the top as one appetising pile, roast, rice, chicken on the bone, the Sunny worked into the presentation, with a single aggregate score pinned to it: Tastiness 60
- below, the set is three ribbon-labelled slots in course order: Main (Captain's Combo Plate, Lv.1), Side Dish (Chicken on the Bone, Lv.1, Bonus +5%), Dessert (Popcorn, Lv.1, Bonus +10%)
- each slot's right edge carries a 'Candidates' count (68 / 42 / 45), the swap affordance and the size of the choice are printed on the slot itself
- bonuses live on the side and dessert rows, teaching the set rule by layout: the main is the plate, the sides are where the percentage lives
