What to study
Photo Mode puts its settings in a dark right-hand panel that never covers the subject: tab icons across the top, one setting per row with the value right-aligned, and a full button legend along the bottom edge so every control stays visible while framing. The filter selector (VIBRANT here, NOIR a second earlier) shows the look changing live behind the panel, which is the whole point of the screen. Frame at 31.5s in the Launch Trailer (Steam). A large 'PHOTO MODE' trailer title crosses the lower centre of the frame but covers no UI element.

Source details
Fetched 2026-11-06. verified 2026-11-06: full-res 1920x1080 review; L1/R1 tab icon row, FILTERS heading, Filter VIBRANT with steppers, Intensity 100 slider, Hide Characters NONE, and the full bottom button legend legible; panel settled across about 2s (NOIR frame at 31.0s identical in layout); dense 1 fps scan of both Steam movies (82 frames) found no other genuine UI screen; pipeline dedupe at Phase-1: 0 already in Gallery; no The Last of Us entry in manifest (1343 items).
No Naughty Dog general video / footage-reuse or fan-content policy found (three web searches, 2026-11-06, including site:naughtydog.com). Naughty Dog's site only celebrates fan creations and gameplay videos in blog posts — encouragement, not a reuse grant. Nearest governing document is a restriction, not a grant: PlayStation Website Terms of Use (https://www.playstation.com/en-us/legal/website-terms-of-use/) permits only surfing/viewing and personal non-commercial use, and expressly withholds permission to distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from PlayStation Content without express permission. No reuse grant exists; do not cite other companies' policies as permission. Fair-use fallback for Phase-2: keeper frame is a still from the official Steam trailer, unofficial, not endorsed, takedown honoured within 48h.
