What to study
The Witness teaches without words, and this panel shows the maze variant of its one mechanic: instead of a grid, the face is a maze of black walls on glowing yellow, and the white path is drawn from the start dot through the corridors. No symbols, no instructions, no HUD chrome anywhere. The panel is the whole interface, mounted on a post in a stone alcove with only a cable for company. The thin white border around the image is the trailer's montage framing, not game UI. Frame at about 0:12 in the Release Date Trailer (Steam).
